Terminal 21 Bangkok

An airport-themed mall where every floor is a different world city — and the food court is legendary

  3. Terminal 21 Bangkok

Terminal 21 is a seven-floor shopping mall at Asok intersection in Bangkok's Sukhumvit district, designed entirely around an airport and international travel theme. Each floor represents a different global city — Tokyo, London, Istanbul, San Francisco, Caribbean, Paris, and Hollywood — with themed decor, shops, and photo opportunities on every level. The real draw for most visitors, however, is the basement Pier 21 food court: widely regarded as Bangkok's best mall food court, offering 50+ Thai dishes at 30–60 THB each in an extremely clean setting.

Highlights

  • Seven floors each themed as a different world city — extraordinary visual design
  • Pier 21 food court — Bangkok's best-value mall food court with dishes from 30 THB
  • Direct BTS/MRT connection at Asok/Sukhumvit interchange
  • Mix of international brands and local Thai designer shops

How to Get There

Terminal 21 is directly connected to Asok BTS Station and Sukhumvit MRT Station — use the walkway from either platform. It is one of Bangkok's most accessible malls and a useful landmark for the Asok area.

Visitor Tips

1.

Pier 21 food court uses a pre-paid card system — load 200–300 THB to start and refund the balance on your way out.

2.

The themed floor decor makes excellent photo backgrounds — the Istanbul and London floors are particularly detailed.

3.

Toilets on every floor are themed and immaculate — a genuine Bangkok novelty.
