McCormick Hospital
McCormick is a historic mission hospital founded in 1888 by American Presbyterian missionaries — making it one of the oldest hospitals in northern Thailand. It is run by the Church of Christ in Thailand as a not-for-profit and sits on the east bank of the Ping River in central Chiang Mai. Long associated with the city's missionary, NGO and Christian-school communities, it remains a calm, well-priced private hospital with reliable English service and a strong family-medicine reputation.
