Hua Hin Hospital is the main Ministry of Public Health hospital for the town and the largest medical facility in the wider Prachuap Khiri Khan area. As a public hospital it is by far the cheapest option in Hua Hin — Thai social-security and 30-baht-scheme patients are treated here as well as anyone in a serious emergency. English service is limited, and most foreign residents use the private hospitals (Bangkok Hospital Hua Hin, San Paolo) for routine care while using the public hospital only for emergencies or specific specialist referrals.

- In a real emergency it is fully capable of stabilising you; foreign tourists are taken here regularly.
