Mild

Khao Niew Ping is grilled sticky rice on a stick — a northern Thai street snack where glutinous rice is moulded around a bamboo skewer and grilled over charcoal until golden and lightly charred.
Cultural Origin
Khao Niew Ping is an Isaan and Northern Thai grilled sticky-rice dish in which seasoned glutinous rice is wrapped in banana leaf and charcoal-grilled, often with a filling of banana, taro, or black bean. It has long been a rural market and roadside snack across the Lao-Isaan cultural belt.
