Phuket in December

December is peak season in Phuket — the dry season has arrived, Andaman seas are calm and clear, and the island fills with visitors from Europe, Australia, and Asia. Christmas and New Year bring premium prices and some of Thailand's biggest parties, but the weather is genuinely excellent.
