Warm days and cool nights. Daytime temperatures 25–33°C, dropping to 15–20°C at night. Low humidity and clear skies make outdoor activities genuinely pleasant. The first signs of haze may appear in the final week of February as agricultural burning begins.

Moderate. February is peak season but less intensely crowded than December. The Flower Festival (first weekend) brings significant domestic tourism to the city.
